Hello friend! I’m Lauri Tamberrino and I can’t wait to start planning an amazing experience for you and your family!

When I was 14, I convinced the Spanish teacher and Principal at my small private school to take 30 kids from Staunton, VA to Puerto Rico for an extended field trip. I’ve been planning trips ever since! What I have learned over the past 30 years is that having someone with experience to sculpt your dream vacation is the difference between dreaming about going back and crying in Tomorrowland.

I live in Charlottesville, VA with my husband, 3 youngest kids, and two herding dogs that keep me covered in dog hair. I joined Skye and the team here at Skye’s The Limit Vacations so that I could share my knowledge and experience gained from traveling for years with my children and extended family. As a neurodivergent person with many neurodivergent children, traveling is fun but it can be stressful. We have figured out over the years how to modify trips and experiences to make them accessible for us without leaving us all in tears.

Our favorite travel locations are Disney World, Hilton Head Island, and New York City. We also like to do day trips to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and Washington, D.C. We enjoy learning new things wherever we go and live by the motto that you can sleep when you are dead so our vacations are action-packed! I am excited to plan an amazing vacation for you and your loved ones! Let's get started!
